These Terms form an agreement between you and the operator of WallKade. By creating a profile or playing the game you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
You must have the legal capacity to accept these Terms. If you lack full legal capacity, you may only use WallKade with the consent of your guardian.
WallKade stores your progress on your device and links it to a device identifier. A transfer code is the only way to move or restore progress — keep it private, because anyone holding it can restore your progress.
You are responsible for your username. Usernames must be in English letters, numbers or underscore, must be unique, and must not be offensive, impersonating, or infringing.
"Walls" and all in-game items are a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to use them inside WallKade. They have no monetary value, are not property, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be sold or traded outside the game.
We may adjust prices, balances, rewards and item availability to keep the game fair, and may correct balances granted in error or through abuse.
Reward codes are single-use unless stated otherwise and may expire. Referral bonuses require a valid code from another player; you may not use your own code, use multiple codes from the same friend, or create additional devices or identities to farm rewards.
Feedback rewards are discretionary and decided by us after review.
You agree not to cheat, automate gameplay, modify the client, tamper with network traffic, exploit bugs, abuse the support or reward systems, or interfere with other players.
We may reset progress, remove items or balances, or block access where we detect abuse or a breach of these Terms.
When you send a support message or attach a screenshot, you confirm you have the right to share the content and grant us permission to use it to investigate and resolve your request.
The game is provided "as is" and "as available". We may change, suspend or discontinue features, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost progress, lost virtual items, or loss caused by a transfer code you shared or lost.
You may stop using WallKade at any time and request destruction of your data as described in the Privacy Policy. We may terminate or restrict access for breach of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of its competent courts.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in the in-game mailbox with a new effective date above. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
